1-Order Notification

After agreeing with your supplier and placing your order, simply send us your order details (product name, quantity, unit price and total amount) via our WhatsApp line.

2. Payment & Purchase

Once you complete your payment to our company, we contact the supplier directly and purchase the products on your behalf.

3. Packaging & Collection

We provide the supplier with export-compliant packaging instructions: products must be bagged, banded, within specified weight limits and accompanied by an invoice. The prepared products are then collected from the supplier by our staff.

4. Quality Control

All received products are carefully inspected by our team at our facility for weight accuracy, packaging quality and proper arrangement

5. Customs & Shipment

All customs documents and export paperwork are prepared by our company. Shipments are dispatched every Friday.

6. Delivery

Under normal circumstances, your products will be delivered to your door in Dubai within 1 week of the shipment date.
